Prioritize safe, effective and intentional movement and exercise, along with conscious breath and mindfulness while you are pregnant and after you have your baby.
Monthly or Each Trimester - $260
each booking includes:
(one) 75-minute in person meeting to assess your body, learn breath + movements and guide through workout
(three) personalized workouts that include breath practice, functional movements + poses for your changing body, strength + conditioning workout and mindset reflection for birth

3 Session Package - $390
each package includes:
(three) 50-minute in person sessions to assess your body, learn breath + movements and complete a functional workout - focusing on a solid core foundation, enhance posture, begin to heal diastasis and pelvic floor function and transition back into movement of daily life and fitness routines
a follow up email after each session with personalized breath + movement “homework” including links to videos for you to practice on your own between sessions.
* sessions are usually spaced 1-3 weeks apart
* begin as early as 4 weeks postpartum or start where you’re at - years postpartum is beneficial
