Infant + Child CPR, Choking Relief Class for Parents + Caregivers

This course is designed for parents and caregivers to learn and practice Infant and Child CPR, Choking Relief along with introducing some of the most common early childhood emergencies to guide and empower them throughout parenthood.

Created and taught by a firefighter/paramedic and father this course brings together his career training and real life emergency experiences along with being an approachable dad of two young boys.

A comprehensive PDF guidebook is included.

Cost is $125 per couple, $75 for an individual, $90 for Prepared Pregnancy Series Participants

Childbirth Education

This 6 week series for expecting mothers and their partners will incorporate all that you need to know as you transition into becoming parents. The way we move and breathe is directly related to the way we are able to function throughout pregnancy, handle, and progress throughout labor, and heal postpartum. Education is crucial in advocating for ourselves, knowing our options, and being able to better understand the entire process. Whether you want an epidural or unmedicated birth, if you are planning on having a doula or not, birthing in a hospital or at home…this series is for you! Our goal is to prepare you physically, mentally, and emotionally all the way through postpartum. 

Prepared Pregnancy Series includes:

• 6 classes plus a bonus Q & A session (will be recorded in case a class is missed)

• 60+ page guide and resource list

• Access to private group of all participants and your educators

• Connections to others going through the same transition as you!

• In person at Hey Babe Wellness in Hermosa Beach

Cost for enrollment is $395 early enrollment. Price goes up in 2024

The Postpartum Series

For any postpartum woman wanting to reconnect to her breath, support the healing and strengthening of her core and pelvic floor and bring function to her whole body after birth with safe, intentional, functional movements, all while connecting with other mothers in a supportive, loving space. Each class will include time to connect, self-love practices and intentional breath and exercise.

Classes are held at Her Integrated Wellness in South Redondo Beach. Cost is $250 for 4 weeks, 8 classes. Open to women 6 weeks postpartum and beyond. Non-mobile babies are welcome to join.

Prenatal + Postpartum Yoga

Wednesdays 6:30PM - 7:30PM

A fuse of intentional yoga and functional movement flow to support and strengthen the pregnant and postpartum body.  The class is co-taught by Courtney Satow and Nicole Foster - both leaders in the birth community and trained in prenatal/postpartum yoga, fitness and movement. 

We will occasionally be inviting some amazing guest speakers from our South Bay pregnancy, birth and postpartum community.

Join us as we gather in community with other women to intentionally move our bodies, connect with our breath, and care for our whole selves as pregnant and new mothers.
